At Broward Truck Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product or request a refund, please review the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Special orders, electrical components, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
